Where will you be working?

We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards.  We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

This role will be within our  Demand management and network infrastructure team.  We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

What will you be doing?

You'll be an integral member of commercial team led by Managing QS and reporting to Senior QS, along with a ssisting with applications for payment preparation and provide backup of works to client to maintain cashflow.

You'll carry out assessment of works carried out by subcontractors and manage  change through the early warning and variation process.

We'll need you to communicate with operations team to ensure understanding of works being carried out and handle c ost reviews of ledgers.
What you’ll bring

Do you have a Degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar qualification?

Have you got great Communication and a willingness to learn?

Do you have a collaborative approach and drive to make a difference?

Do you hold a valid UK Driving Licence? This is required as travel to site is involved.

Do you have Utilities experience? is desirable but not essential

Are you someone with  a can do attitude who can represent our values?
