Assistant Quantity SurveyorAssistant Quantity Surveyor required for an established Enabling Works Contractor. Quantity Surveyors will be involved indelivering complex demolition, structural alterations, temporary works, groundworks and site preparation packages for major developers and main contractors. This role reports in to a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Ideally Quantity Surveyorswill have a strong background in RC Frame, Basements, Complex Temporary Works and Cut & Carve projects, but not essential.Assistant Quantity Surveyors will be based out of the Central London Head Office.Assistant Quantity Surveyor Key Skills2+ years Quantity Surveying experienceExperience with Enabling Works preferable but not essentialAssistant Quantity Surveyor - ExperienceIdeally experience in the Enabling Works sectorStrong background in RC Frame, Demolition, Basements, Temporary Works, Cut & CarveWorking knowledge of NEC and JCT contractsStrong communication and report-writing skillsProactive, collaborative and able to work in a fast-paced environmentQuantity Surveyor Salary & Benefits£30,000 - £40,000Open to negotiation for right candidateTravel paid on topHealthcareJBRP1_UKTJ
