The Opportunity
You will work closely with experienced Quantity Surveyors and Cost Managers, assisting in the delivery of cost and commercial services from early project stages through to completion. The role offers excellent exposure to varied projects and clients, with plenty of scope for learning, responsibility and long-term progression.
Key Duties
* Supporting the preparation of cost plans, estimates and tender documentation
* Measuring and quantifying works for procurement and valuation purposes
* Assisting with tender appraisals, contractor meetings and recommendations
* Helping manage costs, variations, valuations and final accounts
* Producing cost reports and contributing to forecasting and cash flow monitoring
About You
* Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related subject
