This role is perfect for a motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in quantity surveying and commercial management. As the Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will work alongside experienced quantity surveyors, you will be involved in cost estimation, procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting on a variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with cost estimation, budget preparation, and tender submissions Supporting the preparation of valuations, payments, and final accounts Assisting with procurement of subcontractors and suppliers Maintaining accurate project records and reports Learning to interpret drawings, contracts, and specifications Supporting senior team members in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget About You
