We're working with a leading construction and civil engineering company who are looking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial Team at their Norwich head office.

The Role

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day functions of the commercial team. You'll assist in valuations, cost analysis, procurement, and client management while learning how to take on greater commercial responsibilities. Key Responsibilities

Support the commercial team on multiple groundworks and civils projects. Assist in preparing and presenting valuation forecasts and monthly valuations. Verify payments against applications and summarise debtor positions. Support pricing, negotiating, and agreeing contractual variations.
