A well-established main contractor with an annual turnover of circa £100M, specialising in industrial and commercial new build and refurbishment projects, is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the commercial team in the preparation of cost plans, budgets, and valuations

Support contract administration and procurement activities

Assist with measurement, cost reporting, and commercial documentation

*

Work closely with project teams to monitor project costs and ensure value for money

Relevant experience or education in quantity surveying or construction

Strong attention to detail and numerical skills

Good communication skills and a proactive approach

Enthusiasm to learn and develop within a growing contractor
