The Role: This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to gain exposure to some of London's most prestigious and design-led projects. The successful candidate will support the project team in all aspects of cost management, from early-stage feasibility through to final account. Key Responsibilities: Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates, cost plans, and feasibility studies.

Supporting the production of tender documentation and Bills of Quantities.

Involvement in procurement activities and contract administration.

Preparing valuations, interim applications, and final accounts.
