Main Job Responsiblities

  • Provide client service support to Relationship Managers with a broad range of client focused operational tasks including account openings, daily account monitoring and order inputs.
  • Act as one of the client’s primary contact points to respond to all client enquiries, instructions and provide resolution to most issues and requests.
  • Monitor transactions and activities in client accounts
  • Maintain client data and reports, such as contact lists, account numbers, facilities details, status of credit reviews/renewals
  • Maintain the updated record all client documentation, monitor risk dashboards/MI, resolve alerts before deadlines and produce presentation material for client review meetings and pitches
  • Handle administrative duties including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondences, making travel arrangements, arranging meetings and receptions, producing presentation materials.
  • Coordinate with Product Groups, Operations and other functional areas as necessary
  • Ensure adherence to regulations and applicable policies and procedures
  • Understand the basic mechanism of common financial products and services
  • Investigate and provide resolution on queries and ensure proper closure on issues raised.


Academic & Other Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in client servicing, operations or sales support within financial institutions, preferably wealth management companies
  • Bachelor degree or diploma from reputable institutions
  • Good understanding of financial products and services
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills
  • Meticulous, strong attention to details
  • Possess future oriented mindset, strive to innovate and adapt to changes
  • Strong understanding of inter-dependencies within the team and able to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain empathetic, passionate and resilient
