Were recruiting an Assistant Restaurant & Events Manager for a prominent hotel in Liverpool, known for its busy restaurant operation, extensive events calendar and high standards of service across both leisure and corporate guests.

The role is hands-on and varied, balancing floor presence with operational organisation.
Youll work closely with senior management and departmental teams to coordinate service, manage staffing levels, uphold brand standards and help deliver everything from everyday dining to large-scale events.
This position would suit an Assistant Manager or Supervisor from a quality hotel, restaurant or events background who is ready to take on more responsibility in a structured, professional operation with real scope to develop.
As Assistant Restaurant & Events Manager you will:
Support the day-to-day running of the restaurant and events operations
Lead service on the floor, ensuring a consistently high guest experience
Assist with the planning and delivery of meetings, events and functions
Supervise and motivate the front-of-house team during service
Support rota management and staffing levels in line with business needs
Maintain service, presentation and brand standards at all times
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
Ensure health & safety and operational procedures are followed
