An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join a beautifully appointed, award recognised hospitality venue set within stunning countryside surroundings. This is a fantastic role for someone who thrives in a high quality, guest focused environment and enjoys leading from the front. Working closely with the management team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service standards while supporting and developing the front of house team.
Restaurant Supervisor Ideal Profile:
A natural leader who leads by example on the restaurant floor
Strong background in quality food and beverage service
Confident communicator with the ability to motivate and support a team
Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
Calm and professional approach in a busy service environment
Genuine passion for delivering memorable guest experiences
Restaurant Supervisor Responsibilities:
Support the management team in the smooth day to day running of the restaurant
Supervise and coordinate the front of house team during service
Ensure consistently high standards of service and presentation are maintained
Assist with staff training, coaching and performance support
Handle guest queries and feedback in a professional and proactive manner
Contribute to rota planning and operational organisation to ensure effective service delivery
