Youll work alongside an experienced Restaurant Manager and senior team in a well-structured, quality-led operation, helping to lead service, support the team and ensure every guest leaves feeling looked after.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will:
Support the day-to-day running of the restaurant and service periods
Be a visible, hands-on presence on the floor, engaging naturally with guests
Assist with leading, training and motivating the front-of-house team
Help maintain high standards of service, presentation and atmosphere
Support staffing levels, rotas and smooth service flow
Handle guest feedback with confidence and professionalism
Work closely with the kitchen and senior management teams
