Key Responsibilities: Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day running of the fine dining restaurant to the highest standards. Deliver exceptional silver service in line with the venues reputation for excellence. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team. Oversee GPS and stock control systems , ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Monitor budgets and drive cost control without compromising guest experience. Uphold all health, safety, and food hygiene standards. Requirements: Proven experience in a 4 or 5 hotel or fine dining restaurant. Strong leadership and people management skills. In-depth knowledge of silver service and high-end guest experience protocols. Competency with stock control and hospitality management systems. Sound financial skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities. A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
