Youll help recruit, train, and lead a passionate restaurant team, ensuring every service reflects our REAL People values.
About You and The Role As Assistant Restaurant Manager at The Newman, you will: Bring our REAL People values to lifeResponsible, Energised, Approachable, and Local. Support the Restaurant Manager in leading daily operations, ensuring smooth service and memorable guest experiences. Create a positive, high-performing environment by motivating and supporting your team. Help recruit, train, and develop the restaurant team while managing schedules and end-of-shift procedures. Ensure high standards of safety, hygiene, and operational efficiency across the restaurant. Monitor budgets and costs, reduce waste, and support the overall financial performance. Build great relationships with guests and the local community, supporting marketing and promotional activity. Bring experience in a high-volume or premium casual dining setting, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
