The restaurant delivers up to 70 covers per service and offers a modern British menu built around exceptional local produce.

This is a family-run hotel with a genuinely friendly and supportive culture, and they are now looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who can slot seamlessly into the team and play a key role in the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will:
Support the Restaurant Manager and run service in their absence
Be a visible, hands-on presence during service
Lead by example, maintaining high standards across the floor
Bring a warm, professional and approachable style to guest service
Work closely with both front and back of house teams
Help drive standards, consistency and the overall guest experience
