We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team at Midsummer House, a two Michelin-starred destination renowned for fine dining and service. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to support the Restaurant Manager in delivering flawless guest experiences, maintaining uncompromising standards, and leading a motivated, high performing front of house team and undertake operational duties as required, in one of the UKs most celebrated restaurants.
What are we expecting our next Assistant Restaurant Manager to deliver?
Youll lead, inspire and develop the front of house team by coordinating and supervising throughout all aspects of the working day.
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will have a visible presence on the floor and deliver impeccable service ensure every guest experience is seamless, polished, and memorable. We would rely on your ability to elevate the guest journey with confidence, professionalism, and warmth.
Youll drive operational excellence in a smooth and efficient way on a daily basis alongside the Restaurant Manager and other members of the senior management team.
What are we looking to find in our next Assistant Restaurant Manager?
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a high quality restaurant, along with knowledge of fine dining service is required.
A genuine desire to be hospitable, and surpass guest expectations.
Strong team leadership and communication skills
Calm and organised under pressure
Excellent attention to detail
Professional, personable, and a confident presence on the floor
