What you'll do Youll love what you do and take pride in delighting our colleagues & our guests:
You will be responsible for monitoring The Barns sales, service and operational systems to provide a seamless guest experience during their day. This will include leading and motivating The Barn team, continually improving service and ensuring the menu and environment are consistent with a 5-star establishment in order to meet & exceed guest expectations and maximise business growth. to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
Youll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests special requests or any challenges that may arise during the day

What you'll bring
Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager within a fine dining restaurant.
