Your Role as an Assistant Manager:

Help to oversee the full day-to-day operations of the residence, ensuring the highest standards of service. Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Help manage all aspects of building maintenance and facilities management to ensure a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment. Work alongside a Facilities technician to ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, audits, and reports.What We're Looking For:
