The successful candidate will support the Service Manager to lead, manage, and develop staff teams, delivering outstanding, person-centred support to up to 15 individuals with learning disabilities and autism. You will play a key role in promoting independence, supporting people to achieve their goals and aspirations, and ensuring services remain compliant, safe and of a high quality. This is a full-time, off-rota position; however, some direct support may be required when needed to ensure continuity of care and a willingness to work flexibly to support your staff team. You will be confident, organised and proactive with a supportive leadership style, bolstering your team with mentoring and supervision.
