The Company
Owing to a large increase in workload, a Rochdale based contractor is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager for a new build housing project in the Rochdale area.
The Role
You will work alongside the existing Site Manager responsible for the finishing and handover of the properties to NHBC standard.
* Carrying out plot inspections at various stages of the build process
* Complete snag / defects list and coordinate with Sub-Contractors for the work to be completed
* Maintain accurate detailed reports
* Liaise with the Customer Care team to schedule inspections of plots that you have signed off as Liaise and communicate with customers and the NHBC
About You
As an Assistant Site Manager you will be highly motivated and be able to work in a busy, pressured environment and have proven experiences working to tight deadlines in a high specification environment. Ideally you will have previous experience working on similar new builds, however experience working for a respectable residential developer will suffice.

* First Aid At Work
The Opportunity
For your skills and experience we can offer an hourly rate of £24 Per Hour working a minimum 45 hours per week.
