The Opportunity\n\nWe are currently recruiting for two Assistant Site Managers to join a major student accommodation development in Wembley. This is a large-scale, multi-unit scheme offering an excellent opportunity for ambitious, up-and-coming construction professionals looking to progress their careers on a high-profile project.\n\nThis role would suit driven individuals with strong main contractor experience, particularly those who have worked within structured environments such as Bouygues or similar Tier 1 / Tier 2 contractors.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Support the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager in day-to-day site operations\n\n * \n\n Oversee subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification\n\n * \n\n Monitor quality control and manage snagging processes\n\n * \n\n Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations\n\n * \n\n Coordinate trades and manage programme sequencing\n\n * \n\n Assist with inspections, reporting, and client liaison where required\n\n * \n\n Maintain accurate site records and progress updates\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n Experience working as an Assistant Site Manager on residential or mixed-use schemes\n\n * \n\n Exposure to RC frame, groundworks, and/or large-scale residential projects \n\n * \n\n Strong understanding of site processes and programme management\n\n * \n\n SMSTS or SSSTS\n\n * \n\n CSCS (Black or White card )\n\n * \n\n First Aid (desirable)\n\n * \n\n Ambitious, proactive, and career-driven\n\nIdeal Candidate Profile\n\nWe are particularly interested in “ and up-and-coming” site professionals who are looking to step up and develop within a structured, fast-paced main contractor environment.\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * \n\n Permanent position\n\n * \n\n Career progression on a major London scheme\n\n * \n\n Opportunity to work within a strong delivery team on a landmark student accommodation project
