We’re working with a respected national developer who is looking to add an Assistant Site Manager to their team on a busy, fast-paced new build housing development.

The Role
You’ll support the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of the development, helping to ensure homes are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
• Supporting site operations from groundworks through to handover
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring quality standards are met
• Driving health & safety on site
• Assisting with programme and delivery targets
• Conducting inspections and snagging
• Maintaining strong relationships with the wider team and customers
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in a similar role within new build housing
• Strong understanding of NHBC standards
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid desirable
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and progress
