Assistant Site Manager - Residential Developer

My Client are a National Housebuilder who are looking for an Assistant Site Manager for a 6 month contract in Sittingbourne.

They are looking for someone who has been an Assistant for a Natinal Housebuilder for at least 3 years and is very familair with taking plots from 2nd fix to CML as well as supporting the Site Manager in coordinating the labour and ensuring programme and quality are achieved.

The ideal Candidate will need in depth knowledge of legislative requirements, NHBC, building regulations, and Health and Safety.
