With a strong pipeline of residential projects in Wigan and surrounding areas, they are seeking a proactive and experienced Freelance Assistant Site Manager to support their site operations and help deliver homes that make a difference.
Your new role As a Freelance Assistant Site Manager, you will work closely with the Site Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the construction site. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards of health and safety, quality, and productivity. Key Responsibilities:
Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, materials, and logisticsMonitor site progress and report on milestonesEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsConduct site inductions and toolbox talksAssist with quality control and snaggingLiaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider project team
