Assistant Site Manager – New Build Steel Frame Project Livingston | Contract | Start: 6th August 2025 £25–£26/hr | Monday–Friday | 3-Month Contract

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a new build steel frame construction project in Livingston.

This is a 3-month contract starting 6th August 2025, offering a great opportunity to work with an established contractor on a fast-paced build programme.

Duration: Approx. 3 months

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

*

Rate: £25–£26 per hour (CIS or PAYE options)

Role Overview: You will support the Site Manager in coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, ensuring health & safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of site presentation and progress.

Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

Valid First Aid at Work certificate

Experience on steel frame or similar commercial build projects

*

Strong communication and organisational skills

*

Ability to lead by example and ensure a safe, productive site environment
