About the Role:
We're looking for a driven Assistant Site Manager to support the successful delivery of our residential construction projects in the South Thames region. You'll be working closely with the Site Manager to coordinate day-to-day site operations, manage subcontractors, maintain health and safety standards and help deliver high-quality homes that meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Site Manager:
Site Management & Coordination
Assist the Site Manager with planning and programming site activities. Manage subcontractor operations and ensure labour resources align with the build programme. Monitor material supplies and coordinate deliveries to meet construction schedules. Deputise for the Site Manager as needed.
Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance
Ensure full compliance with all Health and Safety regulations on-site. Conduct frequent inspections and enforce safe working practices. Monitor adherence to risk assessments and method statements. Support implementation of site-specif...
