We are looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager for our West Midlands region. You will initially be based at our Leckhampton development in Cheltenham until early 2027, however due to location of our other developments, we are looking for people based closer to our regional office in Worcester. The role will see you provide on-site support to the Site Manager, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with the build programme and to specified company and company standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Control of all labour on site including direct and sub-contract to ensure that activities are coordinated on a plot by plot basis and as scheduled on the build programme.

* Monitoring of all site activities, direct labour and sub-contract packages to ensure that operations are carried out in strict accordance with the ‘Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan’.
