I have an assistant site manager vacancy available in Norwich for a residential developer.

All traditional build.

Main duties:

Ensuring the safe running of site is key. You’d be responsible for reinforcing the Home Safe procedures, maintaining a keen eye for detail and proactively ensuring compliance.
Supporting in the Management of the onsite Construction and Customer Care responsibilities
Ensuring that the effective compliance, control and deployment of the Construction and onsite Customer Care activities as per Company policies and processes, also managing defects post completion in a timely manner, delivering 5* customer satisfaction results.
Liaising with all stakeholders and suppliers, both internal and external.
Maintaining and establishing relationships, this extends to the local communities – engaging and working with local communities
