Assistant Site Manager - Residential Developer

A growing residential developer with an excellent reputation for building high-quality homes is looking to bring in an Assistant Site Manager to support a new traditional build housing development that has recently started near Reigate.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career within a supportive team and gain exposure to the full build process on a well-run site.

Working closely with an experienced Site Manager, you'll be involved in the day-to-day running of the development, helping to keep the site organised, safe, and progressing in line with the programme.

The Role

Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the development
Helping to ensure health & safety standards are maintained across the site
Managing and coordinating subcontractors and trades on site
Carrying out regular quality checks to ensure homes are built to a high standard
Assisting with site organisation, materials and deliveries
Helping keep the build on programme and progressing smoothly
Supporting with plot completions and handovers

What they're looking for

Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Trainee Site Manager within residential housebuilding
Experience working on traditional build housing developments
Someone who is organised, proactive and confident dealing with trades on site
A good understanding of site health & safety
Relevant tickets such as CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid would be beneficial
