Assistant Site Manager - Temp to Perm – Residential Developer

Assistant Site Manager required for a new build residential developer in the Dorking area of Surrey

A great opportunity to join a well known national developer at the early stages of a large development. Currently still on ground works and first lift, it will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work on all aspects of the build process from ground through to completion.

Initially works will be split between office duties, paper work, drawings etc and an overview of project Health & Safety.

It’s likely the initial temp period will be roughly 6 weeks prior to going perm. Essentially it’s a long term permanent positon.
