Assistant Site Manager - Residential DeveloperA growing residential developer with an excellent reputation for building high-quality homes is looking to bring in an Assistant Site Manager to support a new traditional build housing development that has recently started near Reigate.This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career within a supportive team and gain exposure to the full build process on a well-run site.Working closely with an experienced Site Manager, you'll be involved in the day-to-day running of the development, helping to keep the site organised, safe, and progressing in line with the programme.The RoleSupporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the developmentHelping to ensure health & safety standards are maintained across the siteManaging and coordinating subcontractors and trades on siteCarrying out regular quality checks to ensure homes are built to a high standardAssisting with site organisation, materials and deliveriesHelping keep the build on programme and progressing smoothlySupporting with plot completions and handoversWhat they're looking forPrevious experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Trainee Site Manager within residential housebuildingExperience working on traditional build housing developmentsSomeone who is organised, proactive and confident dealing with trades on siteA good understanding of site health & safetyRelevant tickets such as CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid would be beneficialWhat's on offerSalary up to £55,000 plus packageYou'll be joining a growing developer that is continuing to expand and deliver new schemes, offering a stable environment and genuine opportunity to progress your career within the business.This is a chance to be involved in a new development from the early stages, working with a team that takes pride in delivering quality homes.Interested in finding out more?If you'd like to hear more about the role or have a confidential chat about your experience, please call Chelsey in our Brighton office on 01273 003033.
