Job Duties

Assist in the daily management and supervision of site activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Support the Site Manager in planning and organising site resources, including labour, materials, and plant. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring all site personnel adhere to company policies and legal requirements. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project delivery and resolve any issues promptly. Prepare and maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and documentation.
