Our client is a well-established North West contractor with a strong reputation for delivering new build residential and social housing developments across the region. Due to a growing pipeline of projects, they are looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of a timber frame housing development.

The Role As Assistant Site Manager, you will support the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of the construction site. You will play a key role in ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards, while gaining valuable experience on a timber frame residential scheme.

Key Responsibilities Support the Site Manager with the daily management of site operations

Supervise subcontractors and site operatives to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently

Assist with timber frame installation coordination and sequencing

Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures, RAMS, and site regulations

Carry out site inspections and quality checks in line with NHBC standards
