Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage contractors during the finishing stages, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards
- Identify and report snagging issues, coordinating resolutions with relevant teams
- Provide aftercare support to clients, promptly addressing any concerns
- Collaborate with construction managers to maintain company standards and processes
- Ensure all work meets company standards, surpassing industry specifications
- Provide temporary cover for Site Managers during absences
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
- Excellent knowledge of construction standards, processes, and regulations
- Effective organizational and communication skills
