We are working with an award-winning national contractor renowned for delivering major commercial, leisure, and high-rise residential projects across the UK.

The business has recently secured a £70m high-rise development and is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join the site team.

This scheme will be delivered using RC frame construction within a logistically challenging city-centre environment. With a 2.5-year programme, the successful candidate will also benefit from continuity of regional work upon completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Project Manager with day-to-day site operations

* Assist in coordinating trades and subcontractors

* Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with health and safety standards

* Contribute to site documentation, reporting, and logistics planning

* Help drive programme and maintain a well-organised, safe site

Candidate Requirement:

* Minimum of HNC in Construction

* SMSTS

* Minimum three years’ experience within a main contracting environment

* Previous experience of major projects and or RC frame construction advantages
