You will work closely with the Store Manager to create and deliver the commercial plan that helps the business grow and change for the better. Your day will include customer service, store operations, and clinical activities such as patient pre‑screening, dispensing, and accuracy checks. You will manage a team with a range of experience, help them grow through training, and handle management tasks such as rota creation, return‑to‑work reviews and performance management.
