About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Store Manager in daily operations and customer service excellence. Lead and motivate your team to achieve outstanding results. Manage stock deliveries, place orders, and address customer queries effectively. Organise staff schedules and oversee performance management. Drive sales growth while maintaining operational efficiency.

Proven experience in people management. Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. Strong time management skills and a knack for boosting operational efficiency. A motivated individual who consistently achieves targets and inspires others to do the same.
