Leading the store teams to generate sales, profit, minimize losses, and create the best possible customer experience while ensuring the store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained. Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance through collaboration. Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards for the sales floor and back room. Work alongside the visual merchandising team to ensure clear communication between VM and store teams. Partner with store management to build business opportunities and achieve company standards and objectives. Focus staff on the importance of quality relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring accountability in building a repeat customer base through unparalleled spirited service. Complete daily/weekly store walkthroughs; evaluate product performance, pricing, staff service levels and inventory. Communicate to the Store Manager drivers of sales and discuss priorities to develop strategies to maximize business, ensuring weekly visual presentation action plans. Analyze store‑level reports and create action plans to improve results. Assist with manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing and hiring of store personnel from diverse perspectives. Work with the Store Manager to build bench strength for key positions, including potential successors. Participate in weekly management meetings alongside staff meetings. Clearly communicate store and individual sales goals and performance expectations to staff; provide guidance on improvement. Provide a great customer journey and achieve exemplary mystery shop results.
About You
Connect to consumers and have a previous track record of supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand. Have previous people‑management experience and resolve conflict and unproductive disagreements effectively. Be an effective communicator with the ability to cultivate belonging. Collaborate to win and recognize contributions and achievements of others. Give feedback that promotes positive behavioral change. Adapt quickly and work with pace. Be energetic and inspire trust, showing a clear presence on the shop floor. Approach all issues with a ‘can‑do’ attitude and make informed decisions to find in‑store solutions.
