Assistant Store Manager - North London

Full-time | £multi-million store | Career progression to Store Manager Salary: £38,525 - £45,420 (pro rata depending on contract hours)

What You'll Be Doing

No two days in store are the same. One day you could be:

Supporting the Store Manager with deliveries, stock ordering and resolving customer queries Taking the lead on people management and team performance Organising holiday rotas and ensuring staffing levels meet business needsOn another day, you'll be focused on:

Maximising store sales Driving exceptional customer service Minimising costs and improving operational efficiency You'll play a vital role in the smooth running of the store and will be fully prepared to step into the Store Manager's shoes when required.
