Role Overview Are you looking for an opportunity to progress in store management? We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our fashion store team in Llanelli so we could be the perfect match! This is a full‑time 35‑hour per week fixed‑term contract. Responsibilities As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the Store Manager with the daily running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.
Ensure the highest standard of customer service Achieve sales targets Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising Maximise sales through physical and digital channels Support recruitment and development of volunteers Achieve expectations within campaign activities Work with the manager to generate stock
Our stores are fast‑paced, trading seven days a week. We require flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. Due to the volume of donations, the role can be physically demanding at times, yet most rewarding as you help fund life‑saving research. Qualifications
Experience in a customer‑facing role Supervisory experience Commercially driven and encouraging new ideas Inclusive approach to developing teams Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and high retail standards Results driven with a focus on doing the right thing the right way
