Supporting the Store Manager in delivering sales targets and KPIs Leading the team in the Store Manager’s absence Coaching and developing Retail Sales Advisors to maximise performance Driving sales across mobile devices, SIM plans, broadband, and TV services Leading by example on the shop floor—selling, engaging, and inspiring Monitoring individual and team performance, providing real-time feedback Assisting with store operations including rotas, stock, and compliance
