Assistant Store Manager - Flagship

Location: Regent Street - London

What You’ll Do:

• Execute business plans and drive results through collaboration
• Lead, coach, and retain high-performing teams
• Ensure smooth daily operations with a focus on performance
• Deliver standout service experiences and build strong client relationships
• Maximise omni-channel opportunities using tools and tech

You’ll Need to Have:

• Experience as an ASM/SM in a high-volume retail setting
• Strong track record of hitting sales/KPI targets
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
• Passion for fashion and understanding of the premium/luxury landscape
• Fluency in English
• Local Language (additional local language is a plus)
