Role Overview We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our fashion store team in Winchester so we could be the perfect match! What does this role involve: As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the Store Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence. Key Responsibilities
Ensuring highest standard of customer service Achieving targets Maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising Maximising sales through physical and digital channels Supporting with the recruitment and development of volunteers Achieving expectations within campaign activities Working with the manager to generate stock
Our stores are fast‑paced and trade 7 days a week which means we require flexibility from our store teams to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. Due to the volume of collections, deliveries and donations, it can be physically demanding at times, yet most rewarding as you play a part in helping to fund life‑saving research. Qualifications
Experience in a customer facing role Supervisory experience Commercially driven to encourage new ideas Inclusive approach to developing teams Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving the highest retail standards Results driven but with a recognition of right result, right way
