Support the store manager to strategically maximise sales across the store. Focus on targets, KPIs and people leadership.

Qualifications

Strong people and time management skills. Commercially minded with an interest in fashion and retail. Previous management or supervisory experience within a fast-paced womenswear retail environment is essential.
