As assistant store manager, you’ll support the store manager to drive performance, driving commercial success while ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional experience. You’ll lead from the front — motivating your team, achieving KPIs, and maintaining the highest operational and visual standards. Key responsibilities include:
Leading and developing a passionate in-store team to deliver exceptional service. Driving sales performance through effective coaching and inspiring leadership. Ensuring operational excellence and adherence to all health and safety standards. Creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing store culture.
