The Role:

Support the day to day running of the retail store as Assistant Manager Drive sales and key retail KPIs through strong leadership Take ownership of the store in the Store Manager's absence Maintain high standards across visual merchandising, stock and operations Coach and develop your team to succeed in retail

About You:

Experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor within retail Commercially aware with a track record of driving results in retail A confident leader who can take ownership of a retail environment Passionate about people, service and progression
