Supporting the Store Manager in day‑to‑day operations, from stock and safety to cash handling Coaching and motivating your team to deliver expert service and hit performance targets Creating a welcoming, inclusive store environment for customers and colleagues Taking the lead when the Store Manager is away Maintaining high visual and operational standards across the store

What we’re looking for:

Experience as an Assistant Store Manager A passion for customer service and helping people find the right products Strong understanding of store operations and visual merchandising A team player who leads by example and brings out the best in others
