About the Role As Assistant Store Manager, youll play a vital role in driving store performance, leading a high-energy team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Youll deputise for the Store Manager when required and help ensure every operational detail runs smoothly. What Youll Be Doing Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team Supporting the Store Manager in delivering strong commercial results Ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service Driving sales performance and exceeding store targets Managing stock levels and overseeing daily stock ordering Maintaining high standards of compliance, presentation and efficiency What Were Looking For Experience as an Assistant Manager, Store Manager within retail or hospitality A hands-on leadership style with a passion for achieving targets Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A proactive, solution-focused mindset Flexibility to travel within a 45-minute radius to support nearby stores The ability to prioritise, delegate and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment Whats in It for You?
