We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Bridgnorth team. Responsibilities
Lead the team and create a friendly, welcoming, customer‑focused environment that delivers great results. Engage with customers, maximise the business by acting quickly and consistently searching for new ideas. Ensure all colleagues create a great customer experience and actively encourage engagement with the local area.
Qualifications
Retail Management experience (Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Cluster Manager, Retail Manager or Branch Manager). Passion for delivering great customer service. Strong ability to motivate, manage and support a team in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment.
