Position: Assistant Support Worker
Location: Princes Risborough
Salary: £14,742 per annum
Hours: Part-time (22.5 hours per week)

As an Assistant Support Worker, you will:

Support daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and budgeting
Build trusting relationships and promote wellbeing
Follow tailored support plans and risk assessmentsNo experience? No problem. We will provide full training, a structured induction, and the chance to gain a recognised qualification.

About You

You will be empathetic, reliable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. The role includes working shifts on a rota, weekends and bank holidays, plus one sleep-in per week (paid £52.78).
