Technical Services Manager

The Technical Services Manager (TSM) supports Contracts Managers and Site Managers for Loop Interiors only and reports to Senior technical Services Manager (STSM).

Prerequisites for TSM · Hardworking, willing to learn · A good communicator and listener · Be able to work in a team or alone · Punctual, disciplined and well presented · Be conversant with Microsoft Excel, word and PowerPoint and have experience with digital document management systems, such as Procore · Have a minimum of three years’ experience as an Assistant TSM or TSM in commercial fit out Design and Build · Have a trade background as Electrician, Air Conditioning Engineer, Plumber, Commissioning engineer or BMS engineer
